Aging Forum

The Aging Forum offers a series of half-day workshops and skill training intensives for the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Aging Services Contract Network that culminates in a full-day session: Choices for a Lifetime (pdf).

Workshops will cover transportation, health and wellness, consumer self-direction, and marketing/fund-raising. Contract agency staff who are involved either directly or indirectly in any of these areas are encouraged to attend in order to learn about current programs and new directions. Skill training intensives will focus on volunteers, Café style centers, mental health/case management, and unit cost methodology. Staff working directly in these areas are encouraged to attend.
