Find A Service
There are several ways to locate services for older adults and caregivers.
- Search the online database, which provides basic information on the most requested services such as nursing homes and assisted living homes.
- Speak with an Information and Referral Specialist at AgeWise Connection and the Aging and Disability Connection at 404.463.3333 to find additional services and for more detailed information on aging and long term care services.
- Contact an information and referral specialist at one of the 10 County Aging Programs for information on the county aging programs as well as other service providers in the area.
- Speak with a GeorgiaCares counselor at 1.800.669.8387 to get information and counseling on Medicare, Medicaid, prescription assistance, Medicare savings programs, long-term health insurance and other health insurance related issues.
- Download a copy of the Resource Directory for Senior Adults in the Atlanta Region. (No part of the directory may be reproduced without the written permission of ARC.)
- Search Eldercare locater at http://www.eldercare.gov/ or call an Eldercare Locator information specialist by calling toll-free at 1.800.677.1116 weekdays, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (ET) to find resources thourghout the country.
